I really enjoyed my stay at Voco The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole hotel had such a fresh and relaxing vibe. Big thanks to Sameer, Awais, Gopi, Hussein (hope I got the name right, he was at reception and gave us a wonderful welcome), and the pool and beach team for their kindness and great service. Truly a beautiful hotel where you've hardly even stepped inside, and boom, surprise, you get upgraded and receive a room with a view of the sea and the beach. You can exchange your paid breakfast and dinner for breakfast and lunch instead, which is excellent. What fascinates me about this hotel is the staff; they went beyond their job descriptions to help with many things. The dinner has a quite sufficient selection for everyone, it's worth taking during the booking. I really appreciate that I was enabled to have soohur with delivery to my room every day, and again, this allowed me to have customized meals due to my diabetes, with meal delivery always being precise even at 4:30 in the morning. To everyone I talk to about this hotel, I jokingly say that the staff has an obsessive-compulsive disorder regarding cleanliness; the hotel is truly clean without a stain. Even when I found the control manager peering into every corner and diligently filling out his table, it's clear how much this hotel cares about cleanliness. The construction works going on near the hotel did not affect my holiday at all, in fact, I didn't even notice them. I really can't find a negative thing about this hotel, except that I hope we see each other again soon. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts and truly wonderful treatment towards the guest; guests are truly valued in this hotel!!!
