This was the second time staying at this hotel and it keeps exceeding my expectations. Absolutely nothing is out of place. The warm, yet professional welcome by the same personnel as before tributes how well this hotel strives to be among the best. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously equipped. The panoramic windows with sea view from the room and restaurant is stunning. I guess a lack of a swimming pool doesn’t make it a five star hotel, because the rest surely does meet this criteria easily. Anyway, who needs a pool if you have a warm blue sea in front!

Hotel Picasso offers accommodation in Vlorë. The hotel has an outdoor pool and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar.

Our hosts were so wonderful and friendly. The house was beautiful and very well kept. It was a short walk into the city centre which was ideal to go get dinner etc. We had a car and parked on the street with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic day stay here. The view from the bedroom is incredible! Great beach area and the restaurant is in such a lovely location by the pool. The food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. The manager is there from the moment you wake to when you go to bed, and he’s more than happy to help with any problem you may have. All of the staff are super lovely. Honestly, was an amazing stay and would definitely be back/recommend to my friends!

One of the highlights is that the hotel has its own area for the sea, which makes it so easy to relax, swim, and enjoy the beautiful Vlora coastline without any hassle.
