-The garden was mesmerising, beautiful, and simply amazing. We loved also the presence of the lovely cats and dog (a wonderful company for chilly evenings). -The view from the balcony, and the comfort from the hotel. Peaceful and relaxing. -The room was cleaned every day and it was spotless. -Exceptional service. The staff was super friendly, always finding a quick solution for any problem that arises. -The hotel provided everything for a comfortable stay (beach towels, cushions for the beach, laundry service which was super appreciated). -Breakfast was complete and has a good variety of options for all tastes -Wifi worked perfectly well. -Access to the beach was so near, and convenient. -Absolutely recommend this hotel for mice and chill holidays.

Everything was amazing, I didn’t wanna leave! The hotel is super modern and has a beautiful architecture. The terrace beach area is so beautiful and exclusive and has a great view. The rooms were super clean and beautiful. We arrive very late but were welcomed super lovely without any complications. The garage is great in case you travel with car. The room was clean and cozy, with very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver in the hot weather) Suncoast Rooms has a perfect location: just 2–3 minutes’ walk from the port, very close to the beach, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations on where to go and where to eat, answered all our questions, and made us feel truly welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. For such a reasonable price for four people, we got everything we could wish for: comfort, convenience, perfect location, and excellent service.

Mariana and Milo run a great family business and they are the best hosts you could wish for. It’s a beautiful place a bit apart from the busy city center of Saranda so we had the relaxing calm we wished for. The two hosts and their family are just great and supported us with everything we needed! There is a great beach in walking distance. The house and the apartment were super clean, never had better! We instantly felt at home and will definitely come back! Also, I can recommend to try the great food of Eleni, she is the best chef! If you look for a great place for a fair price, this is your choice in Saranda!!!
