Two balconies with views over north beach and across the river each big enough to sit out on for drinks and meals - both have tables and one a drying rack (for after swimming). A swimmable (and reasonably popular) beach is directly across the road and their are bars and eateries within easy stroll. Half way along the river road between the port and the water park it is 15 mins from the shopping district and similar to the bus station. Kitchen is good (4 rings, big fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and good cooking equipment) and the flat is well cared for. A/C is good and quiet and there is also a ceiling fan. The host clearly cares.
