Our stay at Seehaus Familie Leifer was absolutely wonderful. The view over the lake was breathtaking, and the whole design of the room and building felt unique and inviting – high ceilings, beautiful details, and a cozy retro atmosphere that makes you want to come back. We especially loved the private swimming area – such a rare and special experience that made our stay even more memorable. Everything was spotless and well cared for. An amazing place! We got a lovely room, wonderful breakfast with many different options that the staff was able to adjust to our needs, got to hang out with the alpacas and enjoy the Friday burger-afternoon in the yard. They have scooters for rent at a very good price, and the location is great- close to st. Wolfgang but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and it's a short walking distance from a nice (but crowded) beach at the lake.

Right on the shore of Lake Wolfgang, Seehotel Billroth in Sankt Gilgen offers a private beach with a sunbathing lawn and pedal boats. Tennis can be played free of charge.
