The place is perfectly fitted in a very wonderful property, you have a private parking and heartworming landscapes. Also, you are literally 50m away from the cable car heading to the top of the nearby mountain. The room was spaciuos and Lady Veronika help us with the baby bed even in late evening. The breakfast is gorgeous as well as the personnel. Sure a place worth a second visit!

Host of this guesthouse is Sandra, who is really customer oriented, kind and helpful person, thanks for her! The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.

We absolutely loved the host, great hospitality, helped us with everything and more. We also loved the room, really high standard. It was also very short distance to public access to the lake. We were just for one day, but it felt almost like home from the start. Also I think this is the first ever place where I see wifi being added by just scanning QR code, amazing! We will return here for sure!

It is a freshly renovated apartment. Very cosy, fully furnitured and even more (common washing area in the pool), great new comfortable sleeping places with qualitative mattresses. Apartment is located close to all the needs (supermarkets, rail/lake station, free public beach etc.) The owner always keeps in touch and does his best to fix any issue. Great location but they charge absolutely everything. No towels, no hair dryer, extra charge for sheets... Great playground for kids though
