We loved everything about our stay - the location, the room, the food, and mostly - the host! Anette made our stay very special in every way. I don't think I can find the proper words to describe our experience, I can just say that if you have the chance - you need to stay here! You won't regret it! We also tried the gourmet restaurant - another unforgettable experience, so you should also try it if possible. I hope we get the chance to come back to this lovely place!

The view is absolutely perfect and is just as shown in the photos. The kitchen was complete and heater was good. Totally worth it!

Simply ...everything. The glorious room on the lake, the fabulous christmas decorations, the cosy but elegant interiors, the superb food, (bfast lunch and oh my god the dinner!!) the staff members: an army of professional hard working people! the breath taking views, the perfectly maintained and lovely corridors, the sofas, the decorations outside. Even the lifts had impeccable lights and information. And there was also a "daily mail" related to Zell and hotel activities for the day. Simply wow. Even though I have travelled alot and been to fabulous hotels ...the Grand Hotel at Zell am See has now shot up to FIRST place no doubt. Well done to all the team. This place is amazing! Everything is clean and new. Saunas and pool are relaxing and so is the view to the mountains. The brunch/breakfast is delicious and very plentiful.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.
