We stayed in the Park am See for two nights in the Lodge Belladonna. It was the best weekend ever. The location is amazing, just near the Hollstätter See, very green and quiet. The Lodge is small but very clean, comfortable and cosy. The blankets and pillows are so soft and airy that sleep was just royal. Guests of lodges have their own private beach with a nice view to the Hallstatt (especially in the evening). Extra payed breakfast was very delicious: mountain water, coffee with a natural milk, fresh baking, and the best of all, eggs a la crème from the hotel owner. Owners of this camping are very friendly. We really enjoyed our time with them. We really didn't want to leave this fabulous place and will definitely be back next year! Highly recommended for quiet and peaceful holidays.

It is very difficult to say what my partner and I liked the most. The location of the apartment is very good, away from Hallstat, but close to Dachstein Krippenstein, where you have access to the cable car to the mountains. However, you can get a bus from Obertraun straight to Hallstat, it is not that difficult, but it is always good to keep an eye in the timetable, because the buses pass each one hour. The accomodation was perfectly clean, the apartment is really comfortable to two people. Due to the kitchenware available, we could cook our own dinner. There are dishwahser, microwave, electric stove and plenty of plates, cups and dishes. You should consider cooking because Obertraun has only one restaurant, a pizzaria, close to the accomodation. Finally, Heidi and Hubert were impeccable hosts, always worried about giving us a lot of hospitality, definitelly trying to make us fell at home. And we really felt that!

Great place to stay! Short and scenic 5-minute walk from the train station, and the views from the property are great, too. They have a luggage elevator, so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up a flight or two of stairs. The room was quaint, very clean, and smelled fresh. There’s a skylight that adds a lot light. The bed, sheets, and pillows were all super comfortable, so much so that I almost wish I had more time to spend sleeping. The room has a mini fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee/tea, fan, TV, and a chair. And the provided breakfast was great too (pancakes, French toast, cereal, croissants, fruit, etc.), in yet another room with great views. Overall great stay, no complaints!

-The location was extremely good, especially if you are with kids and you want to use the Hallstatt playground and swim. It is like a magical place there. - The apartment was cozy and not hot, even the outside temperatures were high. - Host was really welcoming - I would definitely return here in the future.
