Gorgeous property in an amazing setting. Well laid out, lots of facilities including super comfy beds/linens, lovely lounge and outside furniture. Could just while away hours listening to birdsong and lapping sea on the beach. Loved the trains passing.

    The accommodation environment is excellent. 1. It's perfect for checking in in the afternoon and enjoying the beautiful scenery and sunset. 2. The public bathroom and kitchen are very clean. 3. A beach nearby lets you watch penguins returning to their nests.

    - everything was absolutely perfect - the location is stunning with walking tracks and private beaches - the staff is very friendly and helpful - the communal areas are clean and nice designed - good parking situation on the property

    This was the surprise luxury accommodation we had been waiting for on our trip around Tassie! The photos certainly do not do it justice! A hidden gem over the hill with unsurpassed ocean views- An architectural marvel! We loved the communal spaces, the beach, the staff are so lovely and the owners a delight. We sure hope to have a celebration there in the future. We will be back! Highly highly recommend-
