Well appointed! Everything you will ever need for an exceptional stay. Beautiful with the perfect view. I would highly recommend this accommodation if looking for a perfect stay. Close to town centre and easy walking distance. The owner was ever so helpful and welcoming. Thank you. Xx

Location, Location, Location. This property is in a beautiful position right beside a river with wonderful views. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything. There is even a FREE washer and dryer for the guests to use. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and are very nice people. What else can I say except if you go to Ulverstone stay at the River Edge Holiday Apartments you can’t go wrong.

    Penguin Beach house was ideally located a short walk from the town centre with gorgeous ocean views. The house was absolutely spotless and the kitchen well equipped and well laid out. It was so easy to make yourself right at home. Thank you to hosts Julie and Michael for sharing their fabulous beach house!

    Large spacious and clean. Loved the bedrooms and comfortable beds. Lovely balcony with views of the Ocean. Easy checking-in process.. Only downside was struggling a bit up the stairs with our heavy luggage! Perfect location close to the beach and easy to drive/get to the main road to travel to Cradle Mountain :)

    We absolutely loved our stay at Penguin Beachfront Apartments and wished we could have stayed longer. A very spacious and modern apartment with everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen and amazing outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. Easy check in and out, was an absolute pleasure to stay. After several days on a roadtrip very much appreciated the washing machine!
