Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.

The Seiler au Lac enjoys a peaceful location at the bank of Lake Brienz, with steamers and free buses to Interlaken stopping right in front of it.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

Location just outside Interlaken, right on the lakeside with beautiful views. Calm, relaxing and staff always ready to help and make your stay extra special. Our room had 2 windows with the most beautiful views, was very roomy and beds and bedding exceptionally comfortable. The nicest place to return after very busy days. Every place we visited was so accessible from here. Free buses into town and train station every 30 minutes and from there, everywhere! Brienz, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald ...A special thanks to the lovely owners of this special place.

The exclusive Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel is Interlaken’s only hotel calmly situated right at the picturesque Lake Thun, right next to the Neuhaus Ship Pier. The centre of Interlaken is 5 km away.

We arrived early at the hotel and was welcomed nicely by the staff. He even let us check-in earlier since the room was ready. We had super awesome magnificent view from the room. On top of that, the hotel gladly arranged a simple surprise for my daughter birthday during our breakfast and also assist us for transfer to the Spiez station.

I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.

The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!

The place has a kitchen, also near restaurants and groceries. The host is very friendly and have helped us with our luggages. Both Interlaken Ost and West Hauptbahnhof were walking distance.
