New, clean hotel , comfy beds, very good breakfast, close to railway station, has parking (most of hotels do not have here). Kind staff. If You are planning trip with train, this is the right hotel, where to stay for 2 nights and leave car there.

It’s cozy, warm. The first day we arrived, as usual due to crazy traveling and lethargy, my wife and I had our moods quite off, however the front counter who attended to us was beyond kind and helpful. He was so sweet to invite my wife in and help me with the bags. He even told us to rest and will attend to us the next day. He was so accommodating. He allowed us to take our time with check out and did not hassle us to rush out. I may say 100 out of 10. I will definitely bring my kids and wife back here.

Oh again in Montreux and of course in Eurotel, there is no other hotel I'd like to stay. Fantastic location, perfect view from your room. Very nice and helpful staff especially a lady who was at the reception on our arrival. This time we came a little bit late directly from Val Thorens after skiing but She said that we can go to the sauna to relax after skiing day and journey. Thank you so much it was great. Hotel, which is my age, is still renovated and this time restaurant where usually we had breakfast was closed for renovation. So it was no impressive view on lake and Alps having breakfast, but breakfast was organized in one of the conference hall and everything was perfect as usual. Service , food, and ambiance. The room and bathroom were very big, and clean. Excellent view of the lake and the mountains, with chairs and a little table to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy it to the fullest. Unbeatable location, right on the promenade, 10 minutes away from the train station, and close to supermarkets and a shopping centre. Great service, with full amenities available in the room - toiletries, towels, slippers, bathrobe, minifridge. Also the Belle Époque architecture is really stunning, so that's a plus if you enjoy that sort of thing!
