Such a lovely place! Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The reception staff helped us rent a kayak, and it was incredible. There are so many activities to do, we just ran out of time.
