We stayed for a week in Finisterre and loved every minute. Having spent the previous week in the South of the Island with the tourist infrastructure this week was a wonderful quiet contrast. The villa it in its own substantial walled garden. The pool was bigger than we expected and very welcome several times a day to cool off. The villa itself was clean and very well equipped (it took a while to find the “hidden” cutlery drawer), everything we needed. The area is a little busier at weekends as some of the villas are owned by people who live around Willemstad and come up for weekends, but even then, it was very peaceful. There are a few delightful restaurants, Sol Food being within easy walking distance. There are two fantastic beaches within walking distance, and our morning routine was snorkelling with the turtles in Playa Grandi. Also, a special shout out to Hynrich the local manager and Susanne the owner who made us so welcome. Highly recommended.

Perfect base to explore the northern part of the island and so close to beaches in Westpunt (walking distance). The accommodation was basic, but had everything I needed. Tariq and Jose were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

It's a very calm and quiet place at a nice cliff with direct access to the sea. Apartments are very spacious with a big balcony and all necessary items have been provided. Value for money is just great.

Located near Westpunt in Curacao, the apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen. A public beach area is nearby.

The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!

Amazing location, right by the best beaches on the island. The apartment was very well equipped, and comfortable! The host was very friendly and helpful if you needed anything!

Perfect place for a family vacation! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equiped. It's only 30 meters to the pool, 50 meters to the Bahia restaurant, and 100 meters to the beach. All these facilities are very comfortable and have spectacular views. Many other nice beaches are within 20 minutes by car, and so are Westpunt (with various nice restaurants), New California supermarket, and Sheta Boka National Park. Willemstad is somewhat further away, about 30-45 minutes by car. What we particularly liked about Lagun is that it is located in a peaceful, natural environment (which is very different from the busy urban southern part of Curacao). Bonnie, the owner of the apartment has made our stay very comfortable. Her communication and instructions were very clear. When driving around the island, we couldn't think of a better base camp than this apartment in Lagun. I would recommend it to any family that is looking for a nice, safe, and beautiful location.
