We stayed here for two nights during our trip through Cyprus and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. However, the highlight of our stay was the beautiful terrace where breakfast was served—just a few meters from the sea. It was absolutely lovely and made for the perfect start to our mornings. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, all served by a friendly and attentive staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Larnaka!

The location, three minutes from both the beach and Finikoudes bus station, was incredibly convenient. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bed provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, always offering with a smile. The location is perfect as it is 15 min away from the crowded city, which makes it quiet but close. The room was very clean, very well lit, and spacious. 4 restaurants to offer a very wide variety of delicious food. Although the hotel was full, the facility is big enough not to feel crowded.

The place is a great find, located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for travelers with a car. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. It’s clear the designer had travelers in mind.

Amazing place with all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with cooking oil and spices – something we didn’t see in other places we stayed. They also left us snacks and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Overall, we really loved it and enjoyed our stay a lot!

Our family stayed at this luxurious apartment in February. We liked everything there. The location of the apartment is in front of Marina and on the 8th floor, therefore it offers splendid Seaview as well as the wide panorama of Larnaca city. The apartment was well equipped (including huge TV), heating air conditioners in every room, huge balcony, sleeping mattresses were comfortable, carparking, shopping and numerous restaurants, castle and Lazarus church within short walking distance. The jacuzzi bath in the balcony deserves special mention. All these features made our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Excellent apartment with a great location right on the beach. Very helpful and friendly hostess, always in touch, always helpful. The welcome compliment pleasantly surprised me, thank you! There are necessary utensils, a gas stove and a good electric oven. If you rent a car, fenced parking is available. There is a separate shower to the right of the entrance to the building, which opens with a key to the entrance, and you can (and should) wash off the sand yourself. If you have not carefully read the description of the apartment (as I did), then be prepared for the fact that there is no washing machine here. If you travel light, you won't be able to refresh your clothes quickly, but the hostess gives you the contacts of the nearest laundry.
