This was a super quiet hotel in a pretty town near a beach. It's a fairly easy walk on cobbled streets though so not for the extremely infirm. The breakfast was nice, we were very lucky with the weather and sat outside. It's a beautiful cycle ride or long walk from Greifswald.

This was a very different kind of stay. Everything was available and more spacious than expected. Sitting upper deck and enjoying the peace with a complementary glass of bubbly was amazing

We loved it here - absolutely perfect location. Loved waking up to see yachts slowly sailing past our windows, lining up to pass through the old bridge. Great friendly and helpful staff. There were outside tables reserved all day for hotel residents across the road at the water's edge, where you could grab a beer from the 'honesty bar' and sit and watch the world go by. There is an Italian restaurant right alongside (part of?) the hotel, so no need to go too far if you don't want to. Also a great fish restaurant just a couple of minutes walk along the front.

If you have any questions - meet the owner, and the issue will be resolved. If you want to just chat - meet the owner. If you want to joke - meet the owner. In short - perfect.

The lady host who showed us around was so lovely.She had no German,I’d got enough,so between us we managed. The apartment was very stylish,but sloped to an apex causing a few bumps to my tall husband. Really comfortable furniture,beds and outdoor chairs,recliners etc. The stunning views are exceptional.We could have sat there all week. Take binoculars for the birds. Wonderful week,and the adjacent ferry to leave on was fun.
