Redcon Suites is professional, well-located and very, very well designed. The one thing that trumps all of the facilities that this stay provides is the amazing staff. Our stay and activities was handled by Taha Abdelrahman and it was all simply flawless. Taha made our check-in and late check-out super easy, recommended some wonderful restaurants around for breakfast, lunch/dinner and sea food. In addition to this - he also recommended diving - which we took him up on. It was a wonderful experience. Our suite was fabulous, the view was gorgeous and everyone running this place has a smile or a warm greeting for you any time you see them and the staff - in our case, Taha - is always just a whatsapp message away. The location of the hotel allows you access to the nearby Orange beach, or gives you a chance to experience evening strolls on the Sheraton Promenade. Everything is clean, hygienic and it's truly an amazing experience to spend time here.

People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.

We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
