Everything is amazing, super friendly staff. Best hotel service. But the prices in general in the north coast are too high!

The whole staff was incredible service minded and very kind. Room service was excellent. They respond very fast. I received fresh fruit twice. Upon check out Mohammad Ali in the reception made sure I felt safe when going to Cairo. Very thoughtful and professional handled with security. Rooms very nice with big bathtub and big balcony. Staff in the restaurant also very attentive and working fast and are incredibly service minded
