Staff were super helpful, especially Zahraa who was always willing to help answer queries and make arrangements for my family. It was my son's birthday on the first night and Zahraa arranged for a wonderful reception and birthday cake Food was very nice especially the bbq and the desserts. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels were always provided when request. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to others and we look forward to visiting again.

We've been here a few times now and every time we come away loving it more. This visit we went to another larger water park, and then spend a few days here later in our visit. The difference in food and staff were notable. The beach has the most amazing coral reef, much better than many of the boat trips we've been on, I feel lucky to have experienced it.

Very nice hotel, with interesting architecture. Very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful lobby bar and lobby. Walking paths and gardens with interesting plant life give a special impression, especially in the evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful beach with large coral reef, excellent for snorkeling at shallow depths and a colorful underwater world. The sports activities could not be all applied, obviously because of the sports events, which were during the period of my stay in the hotel, so I cannot be completely objective in that matter .I can freely say that I was very comfortable in the hotel.

Everything was at a TOP level. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I will mention some of them :Helmi on reception was very helpfull, the check in and chek out very fast. Always there for our questions. Balal Mohamed in restaurant very kind and helpfull. Housekeepers Brahim,and Abdul were great. Rooms were very clean and great service. We were in rooms 1021, 3109,3110. Rooms were very big with big bathrooms. I also want to say thank you to the lifeguard with mustache on the upper pool that helped us with the towels and chairs. He was always there for us. And huge thank you for all other staff for great service and chefs for great food. Special thank you for Chefs that were makimg pasta and omletes in Citadela restaurant. We will come back for sure!

I give my strong 10 to this hotel. Have been to many hotels in Egypt, but this one is the best. Food was great, good choice at buffet as well as many ala carte restaurants. Beach is fantastic, good sunbeds and big umbrellas. Towel center opens very early and closes very late for those who like to stay longer on the beach or come at 7 in the morning. People working here are very nice. We had a room at building 16, close to everything. Children liked aquapark. Animation team doing their best. So we would like to thank you for a nice vacation and I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Got upgraded to a very spacious room and the cleanliness was outstanding. Food was delicious with many choices, and we especially appreciated all the vegetarian options. Plenty of activities and shopping were available right on the property or the next door Alma hotel.
