Beach Hotels in Marsa Alam City

Thanks a lot for every one that makes our holiday very nice. Starting from Mr. Mina Mamdouh, Mr. Ahmed Barakat, Sayed Nageh in Reception as they are too friendly, hospitalizing us, taking care of all details espesially for my old mother and respond spontenously and positively to all requests. Also the room is too big and well furnatured as well house keeping is active. Mr. Omar and Mohammed Gad from golf car and shuttle bus really appreciate thier efforts and smily faces all the time. Beach is clean and too long and zupport a lot of activities. Food is tasty in resturants as well you get a good varities of oriantal and weastern food. Animation is very good as well creative. Fully recommend Portfino and will repeat my visit soon.

We had a great stay at Gemma from the moment we arrived, where we got welcomed with an upgrate till we left, where Adel even gave us some lunch packages for our trip back home. (Thank you so much Adel). We also found a fruit basked and fresh flowers in our room. The hotel is not too huge and this is perfect. It has a very nice style and everthing is SUPER clean. Mohamed who cleaned our room was so nice and surprised us every day with something special in our room. We really felt relaxed from the very first moment we arrived. All the staff were SUPER friendly. Sayed who made the best coffee on the Beach Bar, Ashraf who was so kind during our lunch snack. Unfortunately we can not mention all names here. We appreciated the nice sunbeds with the soft topper. (Was on of the reasons why we booked the hotel, when I saw the pictures.) My husband did his advanced diving course in the diving center right in the hotel. This was very convenient. It was also possible to borrow neoprens and other equipment. We can definately recommend this hotel!!!

It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

We stayed two nights in la casa guest house and as a group of 10 people it couldn’t have been better. Michele was really kind and provided us with lots of good recommendations, good moments and was an excellent company. The breakfast was delicious and the host tried to satisfy all our likes with flavoury dishes. He also helped us booking a snorkelling/diving experience in the Red Sea.

This was the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy some much-needed peace and quiet. The staff at Wadi Sabarah Lodge went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. In particular, Nabil and his team at the restaurant made my dining experience truly memorable. Their warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with their attentive service, made every meal a delight. Speaking of the food, I was thrilled to discover that the lodge offers a restaurant-style dining experience instead of the typical buffet. The dishes were delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The architecture of Wadi Sabarah Lodge is absolutely stunning. The design pays homage to Egypt's rich history and culture while incorporating modern elements that make for a truly unique and visually captivating experience. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring a lovely terrace with a breathtaking sea view – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. For book lovers and history buffs, the lodge's beautiful library is a treasure trove of knowledge. It houses an extensive collection of books on Egypt and art, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the local culture and history during their stay. Lastly, the botanic garden at Wadi Sabarah Lodge is a hidden gem. Dr. Irina, a knowledgeable specialist, oversees the garden and is always eager to share her passion for the flora and fauna found within. The garden is meticulously maintained, and walking through it feels like stepping into a verdant paradise. In conclusion, Wadi Sabarah Lodge is a truly exceptional hotel that offers guests a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and cultural enrichment. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating vacation in Egypt.

We recently had a 19 day trip around Egypt and I can definitely say that the Iberotel Costa Mares was the best hotel/resort that we stayed at in Egypt and on par with other 5 star resorts we’ve stayed at around the world. We had two deluxe family ground floor rooms with views on the gorgeous 45m long pool for our family of five. The rooms were very spatial, comfortable, clean and had all the modern conveniences you’d want. We spent our days moving from the pool to the beach and back again. The resort’s position on the bay is perfect for swimming with the sea turtles and the sea cows (dugong). There are other reviews that criticise the tour boats being the in the bay but this didn’t bother us - they are far enough from the shore and the bay is certainly big enough for everyone to enjoy. The dive centre, less than 10 minutes walk down the beach at the sister resort, is an added bonus. We had a great excursion to the Dolphin House where one in our group was able to dive while the rest of us did snorkelling. We chose Costa Mares for the location and the great reviews on the food and service. Khalif and his food and beverage team certainly didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed our meals at the Coral Restaurant (buffet) where there is a vast selection of Egyptian and International foods and always freshly grilled or barbecue meat and fish in the evening. The food was fresh, tasty and good quality. Special mentions to Mohamed Allam and both Ahmeds at the Coral Restaurant, Ahmed Mahout at the pool bar and lifeguard Amr who looked after us so well, greeted us with smiles and genuine kindness and worked so hard to ensure that we always received 5 star service. Thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay at Costa Mares such a wonderful holiday.

Me and my husband stayed at waleeds house for 6 nights and realy enjoyed it. The appartment is groundfloor and realy beautiful with 3 rooms with a.c and kitchen living room and bathroom. All the flat is clean and very pretty. Everything went so smooth from the moment of arriving. Waleed is always there to help with any question and fast finding a amazing solution for everything. He also can transport u wherever u wanna go to a very good price. He always have a big smile in his face which made my day everyday we saw. Thank u for everything and we win a good friend with u.

I had the most amazing time here and can’t recommend it enough! A huge thank you to Meshail for his incredible hospitality and care throughout my whole stay. He went above and beyond—driving me to town in the evenings so I didn’t have to walk alone, and arranging everything from diving and excursions to taxi rides. He’s such a warm and welcoming host, always happy to chat and connect you with everyone around. The room was perfect, super comfortable and clean, and the rooftop was such a lovely place to relax after diving—comfy seats, good vibes, and always nice people to meet. Breakfast was delicious, and Meshail was super flexible with the timing, even when we had to leave early in the morning. As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. I felt completely safe, met so many great people instantly, and appreciated being a bit away from the super touristy towns—it gave me the chance to connect more with locals and have a more authentic experience. I truly had the best stay, and I’m already hoping to come back soon!
