The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!

The resort is amazing, a lot of pools, activities and amazing beach. You can reach te beach with a bus every 30 minutes from the resort/beach so you don't have to walk. The food was delicious and we could choose a lot different things everyday. You can find food from 7 to midnight, drinks included. Everything was very clean, the room but also common areas. The beach is very nice and there's a relax area with no music so it's perfect if you want to relax. Amazing customer service from everybody, every request was satisfied. For our last day they organised a special romantic dinner, which was unexpected but very appreciated. The WiFi was working very well even at the beach. The resort is very safe, even if you travel alone you will always feel safe. For kids they have a lot of activities. After they check out we had the chance to stay all day at the beach and in the evening we had a place to have a shower and change. I highly recommend this resort and I will come back for sure. Thanks to Ahmed, Mohammed, Peter and all of the staff!

Amazing location of this beautifull resort on the beach! Staff is great and accomodates with great care! Thx to peter that arranged sea front rooms and aqua park ! Great Thx to wadi ! Everything was great. The staff were all friendly and wanted to help in anyway possible, expetially Osama at reception. Room was cleaned every day. Food was delicious and fresh. A lot of options you could choose from. Beach was clean and nearby. Animation team tried to entertain everyone. Mini disco and show every night. Aqua park with a lot of different slide for every age. Beautifull gardens with different flowers and trees. There were 5 a la carte restaurants. We tried Lebanese and Japonese. Both with delicious food and firndly staff. I would recomend these resort to everyone and definitelly will come back again.
