Great staff, friendly, helpful and smiling. The bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location perfect. Pool area very nice. Swimming pool heated and big, nice smaller ones too. Highly recommended but maybe not for younger people as majority guests are middle age.

The architect Andrés Piñeiro Izquierdo was a genius in designing this place. At first sight, this replica of an old canary town might seem a little bit tortuous but the more time you spend here the more it inspires you with its complexity and refinement. Enjoyed every second of our stay.

The service is of amazing quality, with every attention to the detail from the personalized reception service up to the room cleaning and the employees warmth. We were always positively surprised! Really really top class service. The location is superb, just 20 meters away from the beach, close enough of the busy Av de Las Americas but far enough to be completely quiet during day and night. The exception is a snobish beach bar outside the hotel which insists in loud music from around 16:30 to sunset - but it is quiet during all the rest of the day.

Our stay in these apartments was absolutely perfect! Everything was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The location is very convenient: everything you need is nearby, yet it’s still quiet and peaceful.
