Fabulous location. 2 min to bus. The walk to the Port , is about 7-8 min. , The host was wonderful. The place was clean, and the balcony get afternoon sun. Great little studio. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful, couldn't find the garbage bins. 😀

Annie, thank you so much for your apartment, clean and uniquely designed, delicious breakfast - really fresh croissants, thank you so much separately for asking about our preferences and finding something really special, it is so touching to me. The location is fantastic, the sea is just around the corner, lots of restaurants and supermarkets. You gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit, which was very valuable to us. Alexandre was so nice, he gave us directions when we left the airport to the apartment, and he was always there to answer to any questions that we had related to the city. The apartment was extremely clean, he provided everything we needed and even to go to the beach. The location is awesome, close to vieux Nice, to the beach, to the tram and to a lot of restaurants.

We stayed at Coin d’Amour Gambetta for 10 days in September 2025 and had a great experience. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a small lift that fits two people—though my tribike had to take the stairs 😄. The unit itself is compact but cleverly equipped with everything you need. The bunk bed setup isn’t the most comfortable for two people, but it’s manageable. The location is excellent—close to the promenade and within walking distance of grocery stores and other essentials. The shower is quite small, which might be tricky for larger guests, but it’s workable 😊.

Wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais beach and close to the airport. Along the seafront there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The hosts have thought of every detail — the apartment has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and always available. I will definitely come back again!
