    I didn’t like it. It didn’t have a private beach. It was across two roads and you had to pay ,advertising a swimming pool and that was for people who was in a penthouse no swimming pool. There was rats running round the garden. I complained about it they said this is France ,no rat boxes out side ,also building work both sides banging and banging. We should’ve been told we would’ve went somewhere else.

    The flat is spacious and modern. The location is perfect and everything is in a walking distance. It has got an amazing view and just staying on the terrace is an exceptional experience. It is really difficult to explain with words just how good the view is and what an experience is to watch the sunrise and the sunset from there. The flat is right in front of one of the best beaches in the region (most of them are rocky but this one is sandy). I would highly recommend staying at this flat.

    What an exceptional hotel! Right on the beach in Cannes with a great restaurant and bar with friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Walking distance to cafes, beach and shops. I recommend using the hotel’s private beach across the road.

    Location is fantastic, with great amenities of pool and gardens right on the beach front. Apartment is spacious and had all the items which are needed for a comfortable beach stay, comfortable beds, air con and well equipped kitchen. Wonderful host.

    Beautiful location right on the beach and lovely to have a two level apartment. Plenty of space for a couple and unlike many apartment buildings we have stayed in in South of France, it was very quiet - no door slamming or noisy neighbours in the middle of the night. The air con was very well needed and appreciated and the flat had everything we could possibly have needed. The host couldn’t have done more for us - they were SO helpful and we really appreciated it.
