Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment. The place is very quiet and very cosy. We had the parking spot every day. The city is very beautiful with a nice beach not very far. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures.

This is not an apartment with some hazy distant view of the beach, you can see the beach from where you sit and walk to it in about 30 seconds. And it is a lovely but brutally historic beach. Sword, I think. This is fantastically convenient for the ferry to England, we booked for the night before and it made life very easy. The private parking is a real bonus. The gentleman who owns the property is very good to deal with, the experience was a pleasure

The location of this apartment is excellent - right in the centre of Ouistreham, in the old town. The beach is walking distance, and there are lots of local shops and cafes right on your doorstep. The ferry port is less than a 5 minute drive, which is ideal. The apartment itself is incredible - it is like stepping back in time, it is just amazing! The decor is perfect - period furniture and decorations, complemented by modern facilities like the shower, cooker etc. There is so much effort that has been put into the apartment, it really is wonderful. The bedroom is very big with a lovely view of the church. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever had in a holiday apartment, and the area was so peaceful and quiet, we had a great sleep each night. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, communication was excellent and replies were fast and helpful. We would love to return here to stay again, as it ticked every box. Superb.

The house was very cosy and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy! The location was perfect and very quiet. Great place to stay to explore the D-day beaches!
