Chris at Cornmill House has one room on the ground floor, overlooking the estuary that's literally on the other side of the narrow street. The room has everything that you could possibly want, or maybe forgot to pack, and is very comfortable. Very thoughtful. The Harbour Inn just a few hundred metres down the road does great food and drink. It's small, and you'd be wise to book a table.

Accommodation was excellent It was very clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Michelle and Reuben couldn't have been more helpful, even offering to return left items. The welcome pack and " a few other wee hogmanay items" were very much appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better location to bring in the new year. Would definitely come back

    Very nice, comfortable, well appointed, en suite room with nice view over the beach. Very comfy, enormous bed. Friendly, helpful owners and staff. Good value and varied evening meal choices. Ideal location for exploring coast with lovely walks. Free on street parking.

    Excellent , comfortable house. Exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished in a lovely location. The property has three bathrooms, plenty of space and is well equipped. The location is stunning, overlooking the harbour. Michelle is an excellent host who responds quickly to any questions, she is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend beachcomber, the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in.

    Self serve, tea & coffee , breakfast cereals in room lots of choice, even gluten free porridge. fridge in room which had orange juice milk and butter. We went in January and was quite cold ,but we had a heater in the room and en suite shower . Garleston is a small fishing village nothing really there apart from a small community hall which was shut anyway . There are expansive views of the natural bay which are quite beautiful great to watch the seabirds and go for walks on the beach .
