Very friendly host. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and had good gluten free options. There was tea & coffee in the room and the bottled water was a lovely addition.

Brilliant hotel with a nice pub attached. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean and the shower hot. Breakfast was really well done, and location wise it is exactly where you want it to be, when needing to be in the Leven area

Comfortable clean accomodation, easy access from the main road but quiet and nice area. We highly appreciated the flexibility in checking in as we arrived directly from the airport, 1 hour later than we expected. Kids liked the spacious living room and we had a good night sleep. We got all necessary information from the host in a timely manner.

Nice cozy B&B at a beautiful spot. Matt was a very helpful and friendly host. Great breakfast. Excellent place to use as a base for cycling the coast of Fife, like we did, or walking.

Just back from a wonderful stay over the weekend, in this beautiful static home. The host was so helpful from start to finish, the place was spotlessly clean and in a fab location! We didn't have chance to visit the restaurant there, but it looked to be very lively in the evening which was nice. The kids loved the play area, and we took a late stroll to the beach for an evening breath of fresh air, which is literally a 5 min walk away at the bottom of the site. A great mini escape into nature, we will most definitely be visiting again soon.

Check in was all virtual, Darius messaged us through the app. The room was neat and clean and the view was spectacular from the room. The location is right on the bay and really central. It took a few minutes to heat up, but the shower was excellently hot. We appreciated the the room was nice and warm when we arrived. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality
