An impeccable place in every sense - very attentive and cordial personnel, cosy rooms, little gestures all around like sweets, drinks, beautiful objects, etc. The location was perfect. Last minute booking & we were very happy with our choice. A large beautifully decorated apartment with a family cosy feel. Great kitchen & a comfortable main bed ( extra bed is fold out on floor). Right near water, street parking & easy to find.

Fantastic accommodation comprising a bedroom and a lounge. Spotlessly clean. Decent size bedroom with a most comfortable bed. Lounge area off the bedroom and overlooking the sea was a great place to relax and we found this extra space to be a great bonus. The decor of the accommodation was really good. There was a tea and coffee tray with good beverages and nice biscuits provided - also instant oat porridge was provided which is a very thoughtful touch. Small library just off our room was handy. The property overlooks the sea and is on the coastal path and is a short walk to Anstruther. Owner, Craig, was friendly and helpful and always available but in no way intrusive. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this lovely place.

After our stay in Edinburgh, it was the perfect accommodation to calm down at the seaside. The host was very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was diverse and good. We loved it.

Marvellous location at seafront, excellent bar with log fire, very comfortable room with excellent bathroom, and a first class restaurant. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
