Amazing location across from the beach and very handy to a few bars and not far from New Brighton centre. The host's were very friendly and accommodating and even provided beach seats and beach towels.

Location close to Anfield Stadium. Lots of space. Everything we needed. Easy contact with host through Booking.com messages, instant replies. Regular British standards, we got what was expected. Can't expect anything fancy. Not a problem for us.

This was our second stay here, and it did not disappoint, which was why we chose to stay here again. Our hosts were as lovely as ever, most obliging, and our facilities top-notch.
