Everything was excellent very welcoming, spotlessly clean, and well organized. The welcome packs were a nice touch, and the holiday park itself offers plenty of facilities for both relaxing and keeping the kids entertained. It’s also very close to the beach, which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend it to families, whether small or large. I also had a situation where I accidentally left my son’s tablet behind on the day of checkout, and they contacted me immediately and arranged for it to be sent by post. Very professional and attentive service. Highly recommended.

A great base for our weekend stay visiting family in the area. Fully equipped, exceptionally clean with some lovely thoughtful comfort additions including cooking oil, washing up liquid and fresh towels and blankets. Perfect location for quick access to a gorgeous sandy beach. We were very comfortable and happy and look forward to staying again the next time we visit St Osyth.

The Hideaway was just that; hidden away, peaceful and quiet. Superbly equipped. Owners Stacy & Lucy very friendly and helpful.

Everything it was very good! The staff it was very helpful and definitely recommended caravan.

I liked everything except the steps on the balcony. They are slippery and my boyfriend slipped and fell. It would be nice to put rubber strips on the steps to prevent slipping. But overall I was very happy and satisfied with my stay there.

Fabulous communication from the loveliest host, smooth & easy arrival/entry into the caravan which was so clean & tidy throughout. We had the hot tub set up for the weekend which was a great addition. The caravan is situated not far from the amenities too, overall fab little weekend away, hope to return soon.
