Booked for b&b only. Breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient. The location is quiet but within easy reach of the town, and right on the beach.

The hotel is right on the beach situated between Skegness and Seathorne. Friendly staff and the food was very good. Please note it is a golfing hotel but the large groups of golfers we encountered were respectful and polite and it never felt swamped in the bar and communal areas
