Everything. It was a 10 on a scale of 10. All other hotel experiences will be measured by our experience at the Knoll House. The view from the room was amazing. Sunrise and sunset were spectacular. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and polite. The breakfast and the dining area were perfect. The bath was heavenly.

We love staying at this property. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Andrew is the perfect host. Last time we stayed the internet wasn’t very good. This time the issue with the internet had been addressed and it was perfect. There was a new larger tv. Andrew is conscientious and strives to keep the property in excellent condition.

Great Host- Filipe is very friendly and helpful with prompt responses for any queries. He made us feel like visiting family which made our stay even better. Great view and perfect location just around 5 min away from the beach and close to local shops . Allocated parking space.Property is very clean and tidy . Friendly staff, superb location on Swanage bay. Able to walk into the back of the hotel via a coded door from the coastal footpath. Restaurant and bar had amazing views as do the seaside facing rooms. Breakfast excellent. Dinner was very good.

The property location is amazing. Right on the beach and 10 mins from Swanage and great walks around. The spa was a bonus but the pool was tiny so really not possible to properly swim.

Great location, especially with the private beach access and the lovely view to sea. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with attractive décor in the communal areas and our bedroom was lovely, with hot shower and very comfy bed.

The hotels location was perfect. Just on the edge of town and right on the beach. Amazing. Will definitely be visiting again.
