3 minute walk from the best (quiet) part of the nicest beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and speak English, Russian, Georgian, and maybe even more languages. The food they make is delicious. Fresh, home made, and the cheese is even from their own cow. They are really nice to my son too, and even let him see how they milk their cow. I'd recommend this place to couples or families who like to be by the beach, but also enjoy some quiet time. Plus, if you want to go to the central crowded street with restaurants, it is only a 10-15 minute walk.

They made my holiday amazing from the beginning to the end, they arranged everything from my transfer to the hotel to my transfer after I left the hotel, they even helped me get to the concert area.I made great friends through them and the match night was fun. The location of the hotel is incredible, you wake up in your room with a perfect peaceful sea view, the hotel is right next to the sea and the beach is very beautiful, the black sands raise all your energy. Hotel is new and very fresh, personnel is very friendly and helpful. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the room that I booked so they upgraded our room to much bigger one free of charge which was a really nice gesture.

New and extremely nicely decorated hotel. The flat is also very nicely furnished. The private kitchen is very convenient and was fully equipped. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. Towels, soaps and shampoo were provisies. Everything was perfectly clean. The air conditioning did an excellent job. The WiFi, with its own router in the room, was good and fast. Lovely swimming pool The owners pay a lot of attention to the hotel and are incredibly friendly. Even the damage we had caused to the ceiling, they did not want to be reimbursed. Excellent location, close to the beach and the centre. Parking in front of the door. Excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.
