Apartment is situated a short walk from all of Preveza's sights and sounds and 2 minutes from the beach, so an ideal locality! The apartment is modern, with a very interesting design, set over two floors and with added bonus of a lift to get you to the top floor. Facilities are excellent and Nikoletta was our contact and provided a fantastic service! We were on a short 2 day stop and the end of our holidays but would definitely use Akti Seaside suites again!

Amethyst Selene Paleros was amazing! The room was large, clean and decorated with taste. The view from the patio was spectacular. We enjoyed the sunset from our private swimming pool. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, very close to the Ionian islands. We highly recommend it!

The view from the balcony and and whole apartment was amazing. The host Athina and her whole family were really lovely and helpful with everything we needed. The beach is your backyard and the area is really quiet while being 15-20 minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars in Preveza central.

    I had a lovely stay at the apartment, I would definitely come back. The hostess is so nice, she’s very welcoming and ready to help if there’s any need. The location is great to go kitesurfing and the view on the bay from the balcony is stunning. Even on hot days, there’s always a nice breeze through the apartment. The bathroom, kitchen and rooms are very clean.

    We enjoyed our time especially in the garden and outdoors - which is very nice. + private outdoors and garden + close to the beach for swimming; for kite surfing you’ll have to walk ~ 800meters + bedroom furniture is very nice + wine bottle and cold water in the fridge when we arrived

    The property a two storey villa with an apartment on each floor stands high up above the coast with stunning views of the sea to the west and mountains to the north and south. We stayed in downstairs villa Greco. The area is natural and peaceful with the beach a 5 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice outdoor terrace with a dining table positioned to maximise the view. The gardens shared between the two large apartments and the small garden studio are lovely with plenty of seating areas to take in the view.

    Our stay was perfect! The garden and the view from the terrace are amazing! You can catch some really awesome sunsets from there! The Greco apartment was extremely clean, with a lovely design, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was very quiet, the location is very private and is a walking distance from the kite beach.

    We stayed in this apartment in mid-August. What can we say? We couldn't have chosen better. The hospitality and the sunsets alone are worth the price: very kind family who showered us with attention from the very first moment and on departure they even gave us a present before returning to Italy. Modern and design location with everything you could need during a stay. I hope to return soon!
