We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. The interior design of the hotel is stunning – modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and always spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated how fresh the rooms smelled every day – a small detail, but it really made a difference. The beds were comfortable, the linens soft, and the overall ambiance very relaxing. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented – it truly felt like dining in a top-class restaurant. The hotel is pleasant, and every member of the staff we met was kind and offered help, the room is spacious, clean and fun to stay in. The food in the hotel is amazing, there are many options for vegetarians and healthy food. The water park is great, the kids really liked being there, the food at the buffet is very tasty and varied. The children loved being in the kids club and the staff of the club was caring and full of joy.
