Best vacation ever. from our early arrival until departure we felt extremely satisfied. very friendly, smiling and helpful staff. the food on offer was fantastic. beautiful view from the room. enough space everywhere, whether in the restaurant or on the beach or by the pool. live music in the evening. cocktails by the pool, cafe, pastry shop. everything was great. we want to come again as soon as possible.

The room was really nice well the one we had very big with separate doors for the kids we really like it. I just wish they had a bit of pride to clean it properly The fridge was filed up nicely all the time.

We have returned to the hotel the second time in a row. It is just a perfect location to spend a relaxing autumn week in Rodos. The hotel offers full board which is just excellent food all day long, the location and the facilities satisfy everyone from singles and couples to families with children of any age group. Staff is extremely helpful and patient, always smiling and ready to support you. It is really value for money!

The all-inclusive Mitsis Rodos Maris is built by the beach of Kiotari. It features 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a spa centre and a water sports centre.

Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

We had a fantastic time at Kiotari Bay Resort for 7 nights with a family of four, one 16 year and one 11-year-old child. The food was good with the all-inclusive service. The dinners were really good, and the variety was exceptional with different themes each night. We only ate lunch once at the main restaurant, while the breakfasts were basically the same each morning, but due to the fact that there were plenty of items to choose from, this was not an issue. Also, the animation team was extremely good. We participated in several daytime activities (e.g. pool volleyball / water polo, basketball, aqua gym and yoga) and we attended the nightly programs as well which included concerts and shows and also contests. Great time, great fun!

Amazing place and wonderful complex! The staff was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The location is truly special – miles of beach and the complex right across from the sea. The hotel even has its own private beach area, where we enjoyed our coffee. We had a fantastic time! Dear Tsabikos and Giota Thank you so much for your exceptional service and hospitality! 🥰 From the moment we booked to stay at your suites, we were very impressed with your welcome communications and professional service. We loved staying at your suite - it was beautifully decorated and set up and provided the perfect getaway away from home. Your suite was in a great location too - a short walk to the beach (less than 200 metres), and also very close to the village shops and restaurants. It was in addition, very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle which made our stay even more peaceful and memorable. We also loved relaxing on the terrace which was overlooking the bay and we appreciated the transfer service and the great food and activity recommendations.
