1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

The whole hotel and pool was perfectly clean, along with our room. Room was serviced every day. We loved the little touches such as the way the towels/bedding was displayed. Grigoris, Maria & Ria were amazing. They made us feel at home & always helped us out with any questions we had. Maria gave us a dried pomegranate as a token of good luck as we were on our honey moon and we appreciated that so much! 10/10 would recommend if you're wanting a friendly, family feel hotel.

A warm recommendation for a new and stunning villa in Kos!! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mikey and his daughters. A basket of treats awaited us - local fruit, fresh rolls, butter and jam. Perfect location!!! The villa is tastefully decorated, beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything a family needs for a stay. The kitchen is equipped down to the last detail - stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious and inviting. Three large rooms with access to the courtyard from each room. Each room has a shower and toilet. At the exit from the living room there is a pool that faces the sea and a huge lawn with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A few meters away is a spectacular beach. We have no words to describe such a pleasant fun experience. Mikey, the owner of the complex, is such a nice man that it was very important to him that we were satisfied throughout our stay there.We have no doubt that we will want to return.
