Our stay at Lykos was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and friendly hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful location, just a short boat ride from Loutro, which has its own unique charm. We spent three blissful days swimming, reading, dining at the lovely restaurant, and stargazing under the serene night sky. It was the perfect place to unwind in one of the most tranquil settings we've ever had the pleasure of visiting. A huge thank you to Pavlos, Hussein, and the wonderful women who worked quietly behind the scenes, making our stay unforgettable.

Wow! What an incredible place to stay! The room was quite generously sized, and had plenty of space for 3 people. Gorgeous view, wonderful balcony, and very comfy mattresses. Great bathroom; best shower we had during our 10-day trip to Crete. The hotel restaurant was also delicious. We ate dinner there every night during our 4-night stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The location is stunning. An appartment just a few steps from the sea has always been my dream. We loved having our meals on the terrace. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen equipment was good enough for our needs (we always cooked supper). The host was friendly and dropped in every day to ask if we needed anything.

The area, it's superb, not too crowded with about a dozen places to eat. There's a couple of nice walks nearby including one along the coast to the chapel of St Paul which takes about 2 hours. The water is also clear compared to some of the fine sand beaches.
