Everything was clean and functioning. The price was reasonable for an apartment on the beach. The hotel owner/staff were very helpful with requests. When we couldn't get a taxi, one of the staff took us to our next destination for a modest fee. Good communication with the owner on Whatsapp. The location is great: nice beach bars and restaurants just outside the front door. The property is right on the beach in Nea Makri and because it was during lighter season, we got an upgrade to a beach-front room. The owner of the place was a true pleasure to deal with. Such a wonderful host, always willing to help. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. The host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us information about orientation and parking in the Athens area. Special thanks for his care and helpful advice. The location is excellent, right on the beach, we could use the beach beds located in front of the building at no extra cost.
