We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at House by the Sea. Our hostess was super friendly, helpful and accommodating, providing us with exceptional hospitality in true Greek style! The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Tsoukalaíika, Hotel Dimitra is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the mountain.

The host Mr. Andreas is a very polite, helpful, and friendly person. I wish every host would be like him. He warmly welcomed us for the check in, he gave us some basic guidelines and he even had a welcome gift for us, a very nice local red wine. He had also equipped the kitchen with snacks, breakfast, drinks, water and coffee. The apartment was excellent designed and decorated, well equipped (all the necessary facilities are available) and one of the cleanest we have visited. The maisonette-style bedroom, with the internal staircase was a very nice touch. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with plenty of parking space and the location is exactly opposite from the marina of Patras. There are many choices for coffee, breakfast, food and drinks, just 10-15 min. walking distance. It is also very close to Patras' bus station and in a distance from the centre, that you can easily walk. Finally, the price per night was reasonable and for sure value for money. We would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting the city for leisure or business trip and we will sure book it again, next time we visit our friends in Patras. Overall I would give it a 10/10.
