Nice windows view to sea and it is so close that you even listen waves in the room, but road with traffic strght under your room between hotel and beach so you listen noise from cars too. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, very clean

What an amazing place to stay in Paros. Ricardo is an excellent host and the place has all the amenities you need. 10 steps from the front gate and you are in the sea. The terrace is the best part of the apartment. Would easily give Ricardo 12 out of 10.

An absolute gem! We had an incredible stay and wish it could have been longer. The best relaxing beach holiday ever. Angie was a wonderful host and made our trip to Paros truly memorable. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect just 8 minutes by car from the lively chaos of Parikia, yet peaceful and quiet by the beach. The beach itself was calm, with crystal clear water, ideal for swimming and relaxing. We will definitely return the next time we visit Paros.

Meletis studios is located in close proximity from the Livadia and Paralia beaches which was fantastic in windy days, many restaurants and supermarkets around. Just 6 minutes to walk to main port of Parikia, where you can find buses as well for all main destinations of the island. Our hosts were super helpful and attentive couple, Meletis and Sophia. They treated us with coffee and cookies first day and gave us very useful information about island that helped us to schedule our stay a lot. Apartment was like home, fully equipped kitchen, three balconies in two bedroom apartment. Apartment was cleaned daily, towels and linens were changed regularly.
