The property is located in the Golden Beach area, right by the sea. A small part of the beach is rocky, but the rest is sandy. It has a nice beach for families. The only disadvantage is that the sea in this area is a bit wavy, but since it is very shallow, this is acceptable. The rooms are clean. The room we stayed in had a small kitchen, a refrigerator, and an oven. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.There is charging available for electric cars.

Litsa is a great host. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and markets. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. You can also find parking on the street. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central and comfortable place to stay.

    Our experience at emerial rooms was truly excellent! Perfect location, comfortable and beautiful room, and most importantly, the owners were such sweet and hospitable people that they made our experience even better! The room was very clean and the accommodation provided free parking, and also sunbeds on the beach. I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10!

    Perfect spot by the seaside. The place has its own seabeds on the beach for the customers. The room was spacious, very clean and fully equipped with kitchen supplies. Market is just a step away and very close to all restaurants. The host was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend.

    I liked the people who were smiling and responsive to our every need. The rooms were clean and tidy as well as quite well furnished. The place is great right on the beach and with a great view of Mount Ipsario, a unique place that we will visit again.
