A smallish room with excellent facilities, separate bathroom, which opened up onto the most divine balcony with fabulous views of the Adriatic Sea, mainland and distant ranges. Gorgeous views across the channel towards the mainland peninsula with passing yachts and lively kite as well as wind-surfers. Easy access to a semi-private beach area (30 seconds away) and an eight minute beautiful walk into the stunning town.
