My family and I loved it! Clean and spacious and close to the beach, the restaurant and the caffe. Also, the windows have mosquito nets for the windows wich are amazing for Lun and it has AC so we had good nights sleeping. The lady who welcomed us is super nice and helpful. We are coming back for sure!

The property and the location were great. Fitted our expectations and surprised with an amazing view to the bay from the balcony and kitchen window. Picture perfect. Although there was no dedicated parking space, there was plenty of space outside at the front of the property so you could actually see the car from the balcony if you needed to. The apartment was specious with open planned kitchen and living room separate bedroom and bathroom. Local atmosphere was great, with couple of restaurants just walking distance, small groceries shop and coffee shop. Go across the road and you are on the small beach, little piers where you can relax, go for a swim or for a walk. Truly charming place. We will be coming back there for sure. Out hosts were accommodating, very pleasant and offered warm hospitality. Great place and great people!

Best location in Novalja with a nice view, everything is 1-2 min away (beach, food, shops, bus stop to zrce beach). Very kind host and cleaning service, apartment was super clean. It was spacious and comfortable (especially comfy beds). Lots of storage room, nice glas balcony, 2 safe boxes and a good kitchen. Can absolutely recommend!

Josip was one of the most amazing hosts that I ever experience. First of all, he welcomed us all (a group of 7 guys) to the place and although we were a bit lat, he was smiling and relaxed. He showed us the apartment and the amenities and the smell of fresh pastries (made by his wife) immediately caught us. They were delicious. The apartment was also super clean and even though we were playing music very loudly, nobody ever came down to complain. Josip is also a Taxi Driver and he also took us to the places we wanted to go. His pricing was absolutely fair compared to many other options. This is the perfect place for a bigger group that wants to go to Zrce to have fun without any restraints.
