This is your perfect spot on Adriatic Coast for a more quiet vacation with beach right down the stairs, incredible view, modern comfortable villa and restaurants and stores in walking distance. Just want to start by saying this a rare find. I researched for 3 days lots of properties including hotels, villas, apartments and when I saw this booking I knew exactly I am going for it. Host Snezhana was very nice, friendly and attentive. She met us late in the evening upon arrival and early in the morning on departure :) We received an amazing present at our mom's bday it was a delicious homemade apple strudel (even we didn't even mention about bday: ) so it was a big surprise :) and upon departure we received a nice bottle of red wine! The property is modern, neat and clean, the private beach is right down the stairs. The view is incredible. Overall this is an amazing option for a more quiet vacation in a beautiful spot of serenity away from crowds and noise. Exactly what I was looking for. The restaurants and stores are walking (15 min) or driving (5 min) distance. For restaurants I recommend Oliveo we dined there twice. We drove, there's parking available. The place is perfect!! Hosts was very helpful during all our vacation. They showed us everything in the house and were very understanding about our private time. It is recommended to travel by car, as there is a lot to see in the surroundings. Also, very private and clean villa!

This was the second stay at Emina's premises and also this one was again amazing. Simple corresponding with Emina. Interieur in perfect shape and equipped everything you will need for a perfect stay. Terrace amazing, equipped with a lounge, grill, sunbeds and a table to have meals. We enjoy also the way down to the sea and up again (200m) - it will burn some weight collected with all the good food.

Very friendly and helpful host. Very quiet location with fantastic views. The beach is just a few steps down from the property. Great for swimming and other water sports.
