Very clean and a very new appartment. The location was little bit outside the center but if you are by car. You have a secured own parking spot. Arkos the owner was also very nice. The beds and sofa was very nice to sit and sleep. Thank you for everything.

    We had a wonderful stay at Balaland Residence. The apartment was very clean, with all appliances. The lakeside seating area (beach) and the water activities were super fun, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. The property is also very well located near the ferry to Tihany (for a few hours in town) and there are a number of dining options a short walk or drive away - although we found that the quality of the food and service at the Mangoo beach bar was best to be honest. We have the property in our plans for next summer for sure!

    The hotel is new, very pleasant, located on the lake with a private beach, excellent facilities, The food at the meals was excellent, varied and of very high quality, The service was flawless, and the entire staff without exception was professional, courteous and helpful in every way .
