The entire layout and furnishing of the apartment is thoughtful and well-planned. The photos really do not do justice. The actual apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is suitable for both short and long-term stay and good for solo or couple travellers to Batam. Check-in was really smooth. We simply collected the keys from the security guard who proceeded to take a photo of the passport details. You do not need to bring soap, shampoo and towels when you stay at this apartment but you might need to bring a hairdryer if you require it. I was not able to find a hairdryer in the apartment.

House is relatively new. Quiet, safe with 24 hr security. Great view of golf course and the horizon. Near beach and restaurant at golf resort (walkable distance). Owner is very responsive and customer service oriented.

Great location for friends and I while visiting Batam for a bachelor/ stag weekend. Four bedrooms had a total of 4 doubles and two single bed/futons plus a couple of sofas in the living room.

The place is all new, there's a gym and a swimming pool that you can use. We stayed 2 days and it was really nice. There's a beach and a golf course nearby. The owner always replied within short time to our questions .
