This place is simply amazing… It is the best Homestay we’ve been to…. I will start with Aaron and his family who are the sweetest and nicer people we’ve met … it is such a special place to stay in Raja Ampat.. Mandee (the guide) is very funny and the best piano player and singer !! Papa Ella best driver who took us to see mantas in the Reef just in front of the house !!! The rooms are big and cute, very very clean and well decorated. You have a wardrobe to put your staff into. The view on the bay is stunning…. You can see fish, as well as baby sharks but also a lot of impressive birds (hornbills, cacatoes, …) The bathroom area is always clean and you have shower gel also ! The food is very tasty and fresh !! It’s always something different (we had various type of fish each day, vegetables, and much more) ! The little pancakes were our favorites for the 5pm snack ahah !! They also build up a view point to see the sunrise and a chill place for sunset on the other side of the bay >> best sunset ever in raja Ampat ! The trips we did with them were well organised and at the cheapest price in the whole area (arborek Jetty, citrus garden, bird of paradis, couscous, pyaniyamo) ! Thanks for everything guys…. We absolutely loved our stay at Beser Bay. The bungalows are located in a beautiful spot, slightly tucked away but with amazing sunset views. The bungalows are large and spacious and very comfortable. Power is limited (6pm-midnight), but that’s plenty of time to re-charge phones, cameras, etc. We were always able to get good cell service (we had Telkomsel SIM cards). We loved how quiet it was here eg you don’t hear music from nearby villages etc so it’s very peaceful. The food was insanely good, to the point that if they released a cook book I would buy it. The food varied each night, with lots of veg cooked in different and delicious ways. Plenty of fish, plus eggs and chicken. Highlight were the 4pm snacks like cakes from the village or their home made chocolate donuts or banana puffs for breakfast. We never went hungry here..! Excursions were reasonably priced (bring a ton of cash) - we loved visiting Citrus Ridge and Aulin Reef were maybe the highlights. House reef is worth doing (we saw nudibranches) - hard to snorkel there at low tide but you just have to time when you go in and otherwise do excursions or just read a good book. We did the red bird of paradise tour from here - definitely worth it (just bring a ton of repellent). If you need to find more people for a tour, walk to the Homestay around the corner / rock and join their tours or get guests there to join yours. You also see baby rays and sharks swimming around the bungalows. Hosts were so lovely and friendly - we liked that they left us to ourselves most of the time but if we had questions or wanted a chat, so they were around.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Besir, Arborek Diving Homestay R4 is a country house surrounded by views of the sea.

Every thing is more than our expectations from the time they picked us up from the port in Waisai. Mario is superb, he was always friendly and willing to help, he organised a ferry to send us to another homestay next to his free of charge and asked us to have the lunch before we left. As for foods, I think the foods they provided were good and delicious. The staff were very friendly too. We liked our room, the bed was wide and comfortable. House reef is one of the best, I wish that we should planed to stay longer.

We had the perfect stay and start for our RA adventure. Great location, beautiful and comfy bungalow. Big, provided water, tea, coffee, nice outdoor area, perfect equipped for 2 people. Amazing staff, great food on our private terrace. Lots of veggies and daily fruit. Still got great signal if you wish to stay connected. Easy and fast communication, no problems at all organizing trips or transports. Simple bathroom (bucket shower), but always fresh water.
