Mr. Jean, the owner is a gem. The best host, you will feel very welcome first you step in this wonderful and unique place.

We extended our stay 3 times and would love to come back in the future. We stayed in a bungalow and in the private pool villa. Both were beautifully built and tastefully decorated. The pool and restaurant area, as well as the beach in front of the property were very inviting and well kept. However, what stood out for us during our stay was the incredible group of staff working here! They made us feel welcome the second we set fot on the island and made our stay very pleasant! We were travelling with our 9 month old baby, and were glad to have a travel cot provided. The property also had a large selection of toys. Most importantly, the wonderful staff were spoiling him with attention during our entire stay. The food was another highlight! We tried several items on the menu and were very happy with them all, especially the local dishes. A special thank you to Habibi, Taki and Andi for being so incredible with Julian, it meant a lot to us!

Newly revamped, the owners have made this place feel like a home away from home. The perfect relaxed island vibe. The rooms are perfect, equipped with ac (wooho) the bathrooms are clean, with a modern finish… not your typical island bathroom! The staff and owners are so accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we have the best stay!

Peaceful serene environment right by the water. Good breakfast and lovely kind family. The mosquito net was ideal. I recommend 😊

This place is so lovely and so secluded. It took a long journey to reach here but it was worth it. Astam their staff are so friendly and helpful. We requested them to bring us around with motorbike with a fee and they were great! My kids love the ride. Beach is nice but reef is dead and do get quite a lot of rubbish. Regardless it was nice and loved the free kayaking and calm sea.

KoKoMo is a really special place: So, highlights: The staff- incredible service, effort, natural engagement, friendliness. Everyone we met (I wish I had the word-count to acknowledge everyone!) was so great, and it made our stay super-special. There is obviously a real focus on training high-level customer engagement, and it really pays off - thank you! A special acknowledgment needed for attention to detail - I had mentioned in a standard email organising transport, that our wedding anniversary was on the penultimate night. Without any further input from me, they organised a private end-of-the-jetty, candlelit dinner along with flowers, speaker etc…all as a lovely surprise. Above and beyond! The food: we read the good reviews, but still managed our expectations - after all, it’s a very small island (and we live in SE Asia, so experience the lack of access to ‘modern supply chain’) - however, we were overwhelmed to discover the chef and team are truly accomplished, and exceeded our expectations every day. They even grow their own greens and herbs - delicious! Great balance of Asian and western choices, always cooked beautifully. Again- thank you- it really made our holiday special. Accommodation: we stayed in the 2-bedroom villa. It is fabulous…very, very spacious living area and outside space, super-comfortable huge bed and choice of bedding, large bathroom, gorgeous pool….all-round superb. Activities: we loved our boat trip, and found the snorkeling fabulous. Kokomo has a fab boat set up - beanbags to sit on to make the cruising between snorkel spots really relaxing. They also set up table, chairs, napkins, plates etc on a deserted beach for our ‘picnic’ lunch-very fun indeed! Having a tennis court was also a bonus for us. The main pool is delightful. Location: Gili Gede is a quiet and very local island…it is not there to service tourists, but all the locals we met were super-friendly. The scenery is stunning.

An absolutely exceptional place with accommodation that you will not experience anywhere and staff that is so extremely helpful, friendly and kind that you will never want to leave.

Everything was amazing! The location and design of the hotel was beautiful, so much attention to detail with lovely gardens and hammocks and places to relax. The gorgeous Sea Villa that we stayed in was perfect for our family of four and just a few steps from the beach. The restaurant was a great setting, and the food was good. The staff were all so so friendly and polite, and made our stay really special. The snorkelling right off the beach is spectacular, we saw so many fish including the amazing blue starfish in the coral and seahorses in the sea grass. We also hired a kayak to go to Gili Goleng and part way round the island. It was only a 90min walk round the whole island. We would love to come back!
