I understand the importance of Clienteling in all aspects or field of work. Your team did not fall short of providing exceptional customer service during our visit at your luxury, boutique resort. We hope our review will acknowledge and reward the following staff during our stay. Upon arrival we were met by Deva. Deva welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable immediately. Throughout the stay, he consistently checked in on us and ensured we were accommodated accordingly. It’s a lovely feeling being well cared for. Kris, WOW where do I begin? What we loved about him was his confidence in sharing activities or experiences at the resort. To have someone, openly without judgement give suggestions to enhance our experience at your resort was amazing. We could not stop saying YES. He helped organise our floating breakfast, dinner in the garden, shisha in the evening etc. He even offered on many occasions to take photos for us. The best! We were so fortunate to have him. Agus and Sugi - The duo who we conversed with frequently at the swim-up bar. Ben and I loved, loved, loved them so much. They engaged with us in conversation, and even remembered the things we shared with them. I find it extraordinary when someone can remember the things you have shared in conversation, especially when you have met briefly. They are an asset to your resort. Agus, took the time to share ideas for future trips to Bali. He even invited us to visit your resort in the near future after the completion of your development at your resort. Ben and I loved that! Sugi did a wonderful job laying out our flowers for our candlelit dinner and hosted us that evening. He is a young man with a vision, and has attention to detail.
